1. Déclaration indiquant les effectifs et les moyens du candidat et l'importance du personnel d'encadrement, chacune des 3 dernières années 2. Les éventuelles qualifications 3. Présentation des titres d'études et/ou de l'expérience professionnelle du ou des responsables et des exécutants de la mission 4. Une liste de références sur les 3 dernières années. Conformément à l’article 3 de l’Arrêté du 22 mars 2019 fixant la liste des renseignements et des documents pouvant être demandés aux candidats aux marchés publics, afin de garantir un niveau de concurrence suffisant les éléments de preuve relatifs à des produits ou services pertinents fournis il y a plus de trois ans seront pris en compte (Projet datés et chiffrés avec coordonnées des maîtres d’ouvrages). La liste distinguera les projets réalisés des non-réalisés 5. Et pour l’ensemble du groupement : Un dossier de références imposé par le Maître d'ouvrage comportant une présentation de 5 missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre maximum pour l’ensemble du groupement en adéquation avec le projet et en identifiant clairement les auteurs du projet, portant sur des projets identiques ou des opérations de complexité équivalente datant de moins de 3 ans. 6. Une note de motivation reprenant (cette note est limitée à 4 pages A4) : - les motivations de l’équipe à travailler sur ce projet - l’organisation pressentie de l’équipe afin de mener à bien ce projet.
