CPV: Dienstverlening op het gebied van stedenbouw en landschapsarchitectuur Werkzaamheden op hoofdlijn: - Optreden als (ingehuurd) stedenbouwkundige (opstellend, adviserend en toetsend) in de projectorganisatie (deelname aan interne en externe project- en werkgroepen) en participatietrajecten. - Zelfstandig afstemming zoeken met gemeentelijk vakspecialisten, zowel met de gemeentelijk stedenbouwkundige (aanhaken gemeentelijke discipline), als beleidsdisciplines zoals Verkeer, Ecologie, Infra etc. - Opstellen van relevante kaders voor de gebiedsontwikkeling, zoals Beeldkwaliteitsplan, Ruimtelijk Programma van eisen (stedenbouwkundig plan), kavelpaspoorten en ontwerp openbare ruimte. - Bewaken stedenbouwkundige samenhang hele gebiedsontwikkeling. - Penvoerder stedenbouwkundige producten, van themakaarten tot kaderstellende documenten.
