CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Die gewählten städtischen Flächen zur Entwicklung eines Gesamtschulstandortes mit Gymnasialer Oberstufe bieten sich aufgrund der bereits vorhandenen Infrastruktur bestens an. Auf dem zur Verfügung stehenden Gelände befindet sich entlang der Joliot-Curie-Straße bereits ein Gebäuderiegel, der schon zu DDR- Zeiten eine Polytechnische Oberschule beherbergte und derzeit für die Schule des Zweiten Bildungsweges genutzt wird. Entlang der Gartenstraße rahmt ein weiteres Gebäude das ca. 19.000m2 große Areal, dass zur Planung des neuen Schulstandortes zur Verfügung steht. Einst als Datenverarbeitungszentrum später als Erweiterte Oberschule bzw. Gymnasium genutzt, ist das 1969 in Betrieb gegangene Gebäude strukturell für schulische Zwecke geplant und genutzt worden. Nach Jahren des Leerstandes befindet sich momentan ein Hort in der Immobile, der auf Teilflächen ein Betreuungsangebot für Kleinkinder anbietet. Komplettiert wird der vorhandene Gebäudekomplex von einer kleinen Sporthalle, deren Errichtungszeitraum, wie bei den Schulgebäuden, in die Zeit zum Ende der 1960er Jahre einzuordnen ist. Aktuell nutzen Vereine die räumlichen Kapazitäten für ihren Trainingsbetrieb. Die genauen Angaben entnehmen Sie bitte der Leistungsbeschreibung.
