CPV: Services d'urbanisme Loudéac Communauté Bretagne Centre dispose actuellement d'un Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale (SCOT) approuvé le 3 mars 2020, d'un Plan Local d'Urbanisme Intercommunal tenant lieu de Programme Local de l'Habitat (PLUI-H) approuvé le 9 mars 2021 et d'un Plan Climat Air Energie Territorial (PCAET) adopté en 2021. L'évolution du cadre législatif depuis leur approbation - en particulier la loi Climat et Résilience et l'objectif de Zéro Artificialisation Nette à l'horizon 2050, mais également la prise en compte obligatoire de la trajectoire de réduction de la consommation d'espaces, du changement climatique et de la sobriété foncière - impose aujourd'hui une mise en conformité et une révision d'ampleur des documents.
