Le marché a pour objet le mandat de maîtrise d’œuvre urbaine du secteur Acacias 2 à Genève, dans le cadre du projet Praille–Acacias–Vernets (PAV). L'équipe pluridisciplinaire sera chargée d’accompagner le développement du secteur. Les missions principales du marché sont : • Elaboration du plan-guide Acacias 2 • Elaboration du ou des plans localisés de quartier PLQ(s)-PAV Acacias 2 • Conception et réalisation des espaces ouverts publics • Coordination architecturale, urbaine, environnementale et appui au développement • Missions complémentaires selon besoins du projet Au stade de la demande de participation, les équipes seront composées • D’un urbaniste • D’un architecte paysagiste • D’un spécialiste en développement durable et environnement • D'un ingénieur civil. Les équipes autorisées à remettre une offre devront compléter leur équipe avec les compétences suivantes : • Expert mobilités • Expert hydraulique • Ingénieur en environnement • Expert programmation urbaine et activation • Architecte • Concepteur lumière. Les missions font l'objet de deux contrats : un contrat avec la Ville de Genève (AGCM) pour la conception et la réalisation des espaces ouverts publics, un contrat avec la Direction Praille-Acacias-Vernets (DPAV) pour les autres missions.
