CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Das eingeschossige GAT-Gebäude, ein zwischen 1951 und 1953 als Abfertigungsgebäude für den zivilen Flugverkehr errichteter Anbau des Flughafens Tempelhof, befindet sich im westlichen Flügel des Flughafens zwischen den Treppentürmen 5 und 6. Es liegt zwischen der Landseite des Flughafens und den Flugsteigen auf dem überdachten Vorfeld, dem sogenannten Transit-Gang im Bauteil A1. Der Planungsbereich (BGF: 959 qm) umfasst das Bauvolumen der eingeschossigen GAT-Erweiterung zwischen den Treppentürmen 5 und 6 sowie zwischen den Außenräumen vor dem Eingang und der Bauteiltrennwand zum Transitgang im Gebäude A1. . Der Planungsauftrag erfolgt stufenweise und umfasst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 8 für die Grundleistungen aller relevanten Planungen der beschriebenen Leistungen gem. HOAI zu 100%. Dabei gilt: - Leistungsstufe 1: LP 1-2 - Leistungsstufe 2: LP 3-4 - Leistungsstufe 3: LP 5-7 - Leistungsstufe 4: LP 8 Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf Abruf der Leistungsstufe 2-4 besteht nicht.
