CPV: Dienstleistungen in der Tragwerksplanung Die Gemeinde Oberweid hat in den Jahren 2024/2025 den Abriss und die damit verbundene Beräumung einer ehemaligen, herrenlosen Kettenfabrik in der Ortslage durchgeführt. Um eine nachhaltige und sinnvolle Um- und Nachnutzung des genannten Areals zu gewährleisten, ist der Ersatzneubau eines Feuerwehrgebäudes für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Oberweid geplant, welcher in den Jahren 2027/2028 erfolgen soll.Grundsätzlich sind alle für die Realisierung der Maßnahme notwendigen Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung (§49 ff HOAI) durch den Auftragnehmer zu erbringen. Neben den Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-6 sollen auch folgende besondere Leistungen durch den Auftragnehmer erbracht werden:oNachweis zum konstruktiven Brandschutz, soweit erforderlich unter Berücksichtigung der Temperatur (Heißbemessung)oKonstruktion und Nachweis der Anschlüsse im Stahl- und HolzbauoErstellung Wärmeschutznachweis nach GEGAnrechenbare Baukosten: 565.700,00 € netto
