CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Die Gemeinde Sonsbeck beabsichtigt die Sanierung, den Umbau und die Erweiterung der Johann-Hinrich-Wichern-Gemeinschaftsgrundschule (dreizügig, in bis zu zwei Jahrgängen vierzügig; OGS) am Standort Taubenweg 47. Das Vorhaben umfasst den Rückbau des Gebäudeteils Süd, einen zweigeschossigen Neubau Süd, eine niveaugleiche Verbindung der Gebäudeteile Nord und Süd, einen zentralen Haupteingang, Erweiterungen am Bestand (u. a. Verwaltung, Mensa/Forum), die Freianlagen einschließlich der Einbindung des Bachlaufs Ley sowie die Umsetzung bei laufendem Schul- und OGS-Betrieb. Planungsgrundlage ist die vom Rat beschlossene Variante 2.4 der Machbarkeitsstudie Phase 0. Vergeben wird ein einheitlicher Generalplanerauftrag (Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume, Technische Ausrüstung, Tragwerksplanung, Freianlagenplanung, Brandschutz, Bauphysik sowie Generalplanerkoordination). Das Planungsbudget beträgt 12,0 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 200–700, Stand I/2026).
