CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Der Kreis Gütersloh errichtet im Verler Ortsteil Sürenheide unmittelbar an der Stadtgrenze zu Gütersloh den Neubau eines Feuerwehr- und Rettungsdienstzentrums (FRZ). Das Feuerwehr- und Rettungsdienstzentrum dient insbesondere als feuerwehrtechnische Zentrale, Kreisfeuerwehrschule und Kreisleitstelle. In dem Zentrum werden der Brand- und Katastrophenschutz, der Rettungsdienst sowie die Tierseuchenbekämpfung untergebracht. Die Bauausführung läuft bereits und soll nach derzeitiger Planung voraussichtlich bis Juni 2028 abgeschlossen werden. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind Leistungen des technischen Inbetriebnahmemanagements („tIBM“). Ziel des tIBM ist insbesondere eine strukturierte und gewerkeübergreifend koordinierte Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfung, Abnahme und Übergabe der technischen Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung der funktionalen Schnittstellen zwischen den beteiligten Gewerken.
