CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen ab Leistungsphase 2 HOAI gemäß RBBau (neu). - Aufstellung der Bauunterlage EBU (LPH 2-4) für die Errichtung eines Unterkunftsgebäudes des Standards 1.1.5 zu vergeben. Eine optionale Weiterbeauftragung der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 ist vorgesehen. Die Vergabe erfolgt in folgenden Losen: • Los 1: Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI • Los 2: Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI • Los 3: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1–3 gemäß § 55 HOAI • Los 4: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4–5 gemäß § 55 HOAI • Los 5: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppe 8 gemäß § 55 HOAI Für das Projekt wurde ein Kostenrahmen über RBK / PLAKODA ermittelt.
