CPV: Beratung im Bereich Gefahrenschutz und -kontrolle Die WBG Kommunal GmbH beabsichtigt, für das Bauvorhaben Neubau Martin- Behaim-Gymnasium in der Schultheißallee 1, 90478 Nürnberg, einen externen übergeordneten Brandschutzbeauftragten für den bauzeitlichen Brandschutz zu beauftragen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die organisatorische Koordination, Beratung, Kontrolle, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung des bauzeitlichen Brandschutzmanagements auf der Baustelle (fachliche Kontrolle im Auftrag des AGs ohne hoheitliche Prüf- oder Anordnungsbefugnis). Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Erstellung und Fortschreibung der bauzeitlichen Brandschutzordnung, regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen, die Begleitung und stichprobenartige Kontrolle des Erlaubnisscheinverfahrens für feuergefährliche Arbeiten, die Mitwirkung an Alarmierungs- und Meldewegen, die Unterweisung beziehungsweise Organisation von Baustelleneinweisungen sowie die laufende Dokumentation und Berichterstattung gegenüber dem Auftraggeber.
