CPV: Sicherheitsberatung Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags über Sicherheitsbegehungen sowie Beratungs-, Prüf- und Planungsleistungen für sicherheitstechnische Anlagen in Liegenschaften des Landes Berlin, insbesondere in sicherheitsrelevanten Objekten wie Justizvollzugsanstalten, Polizeidienststellen und Feuerwachen. Die Leistungen umfassen die Identifikation und Bewertung sicherheitsrelevanter Risiken und Schwachstellen, die fachliche Begleitung von Sanierungs-, Modernisierungs- und Erneuerungsmaßnahmen sowie die Unterstützung bei Vergabe- und Umsetzungsprozessen. Ziel des Rahmenvertrags ist die Sicherstellung eines sicheren, wirtschaftlichen und zukunftsfähigen Betriebs von Gebäuden und sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen durch bedarfsbezogene Einzelabrufe. Es besteht seitens des Auftragnehmers kein Anspruch auf Mindestumsatz.
