CPV: Préparation du projet et de la conception, estimation des coûts Le marché consiste en des missions de maîtrise d’œuvre principale pour la phase de réalisation du diffuseur de Rochepinard. Ce projet de nouvel échangeur de Tours Rochepinard sur l’autoroute A10 est situé entre les échangeurs existants n°21 (Tours centre) et n°22 (Saint Avertin), autour du PS 155 (PR 208+950), il comprend la réalisation des 4 bretelles et de l’ensemble des carrefours et voies nécessaires pour assurer la connexion avec le réseau local. Cet échangeur est situé en zone urbaine et sera hors péage. Il comprend également la réalisation d’un Pôle d’Echanges Multimodal (PEM). Il comprend également le réaménagement et la mise aux normes des 2 bretelles du ½ échangeur existant n°22 de Saint Avertin. Les prestations objet du marché concernent les missions de maîtrise d’œuvre principale en phases d’études à partir de l’appropriation de l’AVP et de l’Etude d’Impact, le PRO, la G2 PRO/DCE (hors sondages) puis l’élaboration du DCE, et les phases DCE, ACT, G2 ACT, VISA, DET, OPC, AOR, et ITS.
