CPV: Dienstleistungen in der Tragwerksplanung Tragwerksplanung §51 HOAI LPH 1-6, LPH8 (besondere Leistungen) für die Generalinstandsetzung und Erweiterung zu einer ganztagsgerechten 5-zügigen Grundschule mit 2-fach Sporthalle, Mensa, THV-Wohnung, Haus für Kinder 2-4-0 und Außenspielflächen an der Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 München, 9. Stadtbezirk, München Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. Das denkmalgeschützte Schulgebäude wurde von 1901-1903 in überwiegend massiver Bauweise errichtet. Neben der ursprünglichen Bausubstanz sind insbesondere kriegsbedingte Wiederaufbaumaßnahmen, ein massiver Wasserschaden, zahlreiche spätere Umbauten und Nutzungsänderungen, Schadstoffbelastungen sowie Brandschutzmängel zu berücksichtigen. Auf dem Schulgrundstück wird als gesonderte Maßnahme ein Pavillon mit 3 Geschossen als Holzmodulbau errichtet (nicht Teil des Auftrags). Dieser dient während der Generalinstandsetzung und Erweiterung als Auslagerung für die Grundschule. Nach aktuellem Stand wird das Haus für Kinder während der Bauphase an einen anderen Standort verlagert. Die Organisation der Auslagerung ist nicht Bestandteil der Planung.
