CPV: Bauleistungen im Hochbau Der Saale-Holzland-Kreis beabsichtigt, den Neubau einer Grundschule mit einer Nutzungsfläche von rund 3.000 m² und den dazugehörigen Außenanlagen am bestehenden Grundschulstandort in Hermsdorf zu errichten.Zum Leistungsumfang gehören Planung, Bau des Gebäudes und der Außenanlagen, Abbruch des Bestandsgebäudes sowie die Erbringung der Wartungsleistungen innerhalb der verlängerten Gewährleistungsfristen.Die Leistungen werden als Gesamtvergabe an einen Totalunternehmer-/-übernehmer (analog ÖPP-Inhabermodell ohne Finanzierung) im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vergeben.
