Renvoi au règlement de la consultation La consultation porte sur la maîtrise d'oeuvre du bassin paysager de régulation des eaux pluviales « Rejet n°5 » de la ZAC de l'Éperon. Les travaux sont estimés à 1 200 000 euro(s) HT. La mission comprend la conception, l'assistance à la passation des marchés, l'examen des études d'exécution et le suivi des travaux jusqu'à la réception et durant la GPA. Le maître d'oeuvre définira les études géotechniques nécessaires, rédigera leurs cahiers des charges pour consulter les géotechniciens, puis analysera et intégrera leurs résultats au projet. Il prendra en compte les objectifs d'achat responsable et de développement durable de la SEDRE. L'équipe réunira les compétences suivantes : hydraulique et hydrologie, VRD et réseaux pluviaux, génie civil et terrassements, géotechnique, paysage, écologie et environnement, urbanisme et réglementation, économie de la construction et suivi de travaux d'infrastructures. Le mandataire du groupement devra maîtriser l'ingénierie hydraulique FRY4 - La Réunion, ZAC EPERON sur la Commune de Saint Paul 97435 Saint-paul
