CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architekturbüros Die Gemeinde Emmerthal plant im Ortsteil Esperde den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses. Die Feuerwehren mit Grundausstattung Esperde und Brockensen, aus der Gemeinde Emmerthal, sollen einen gemeinsamen Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses erhalten, um die vorgeschriebenen Richtlinien einzuhalten und den laufenden Betrieb einer Feuerwehr, mit der Wahrnehmung all ihrer Aufgaben, aufrecht zu erhalten. Auf Grund der örtlichen und personellen Begebenheiten werden die Feuerwehren Esperde und Brockensen ein gemeinsames Feuerwehrhaus erhalten. Die NUF liegt bei ca. 650 m². Die Gemeinde Emmerthal behält sich die stufenweise Beauftragung weiterer, im Wesentlichen gleichartiger Feuerwehrhäuser an bis zu max. drei weiteren Standorten als Optionen vor. Die weiteren Feuerwehrhäuser sollen im Wesentlichen baugleich ausgeführt werden. Die Folgeprojekte sollen im Wesentlichen dem funktionalen, technischen und gestalterischen Konzept des Referenzprojekts "Feuerwehr Esperde" entsprechen. Das Raumprogramm wie auch der Leistungsumfang dieser Optionen bleibt mit dem Raumprogrammund dem Leistungsumfang des Hauptauftrags identisch. Es sind lediglich geringfügige standortbezogene Anpassungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich Erschließung, Medienanbindung und Außenanlagen, zu erwarten.
