CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Die GESOBAU AG plant auf ihrem Grundstück WHG 00336, in der Nauheimer Str./ Johannisberger Str. im Bezirk Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in 14197 Berlin den Neubau von insgesamt 39 Wohneinheiten. Über das Vergabeverfahren werden Bieter als Generalplaner gesucht, die eine solche komplexe Aufgabenstellung übernehmen können. Die Bauleistungen sollen an einen Generalunternehmer ausgeschrieben und vergeben werden. Ab der Leistungsphase soll der Generalplaner als Projektsteuerer fungieren. Der Umfang der Generalplanerleistungen von Leistungsphase 6 bis Leistungsphase 8 reduziert sich entsprechend, in diesen Phasen sollen Projektsteuerleistungen übernommen werden.
