Summary
CPV: Services d'architecte pour les bâtiments Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la requalification du bâtiment "Hôtel Montfort Communauté". Le programme vise : - Une reprise structurelle et une rénovation du bloc central du bâtiment dans le respect des contraintes patrimoniales du site (maçonnerie en moellons, périmètre des abords de monuments historiques) ; - Une requalification globale du bâtiment (rationalisation des occupations, clarification des flux autour des services accueillant du public, extension latérale, amélioration de la performance énergétique, mise aux normes,…) - La conduite de l'opération en site occupé, avec maintien de la continuité des services publics et de la diffusion radio pendant toute la durée du chantier. Les prestations comprennent les missions de base et des missions complémentaires. Enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux par le maître d'ouvrage: 1 800 000 €ht (valeur septembre 2026). Date prévisionnelle de démarrage des prestations en mars 2027.
