CPV: Stadtplanung Die Stadt Cuxhaven beabsichtigt, mit dem Gesamtstädtischen Integrierten Stadtentwicklungskonzept Cuxhaven 2047 eine langfristig tragfähige, fachbereichsübergreifende und umsetzungsorientierte Grundlage für die künftige Stadtentwicklung zu erarbeiten. Das Konzept soll bestehende Planungen und teilräumliche Strategien zusammenführen. Es soll Antworten zu aktuellen Herausforderungen wie die dynamische Entwicklung im Bereich der Offshore-Windenergie oder Pharmaindustrie, den damit verbundenen Bedarf nach Wohnraum, die dringend notwendige Klimaanpassung der Stadtstruktur, den demografischen Wandel, die Mobilitäts- und Wärmewende sowie dem wachsenden Tourismus liefern. Dies soll integriert betrachten werden und daraus ein abgestimmtes Ziel-, Handlungs- und Maßnahmenprogramm für die Gesamtstadt entstehen.
