CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architekturbüros bei Freianlagen Die Katholische Jugendfürsorge der Diözese Regensburg ist Trägerin des Pater-Rupert-Mayer- Zentrums (PRMZ) in Regensburg, einem Förderzentrum im Stadtwesten von Regensburg mit Schwerpunkt körperlicher - motorischer Entwicklung für Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene. Das Zentrum besteht seit den siebziger Jahren und wurde bis in das Jahr 2010 (Neubau Turnhalle und Schwimmbad) immer wieder erweitert. Große Teile des Zentrums sind nun sanierungsbedürftig und verfügen nicht über die bedarfsnotwendigen Nutzflächen. Für die Schulbaumaßnahme Umbau, Neubau und Erweiterung, Sanierung, Modernisierung und Umstrukturierung des PRMZ werden mit vorliegender Ausschreibung die Planungsleistungen gemäß Leistungsbild Objektplanung Freianlagen, § 39 Abs. 3 i.V.m. Anlage 11 HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 1-9 sowie die Besonderen Leistungen der Bestandsaufnahme, der Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist und die Leistungen gemäß Anlage 2 - "ergänzende Vereinbarungen" zum Architektenvertrag beauftragt. Die Auftragserteilung erfolgt stufen - und abschnittsweise.
