CPV: Dienstleistungen in der Tragwerksplanung Mit dem B3-Haus als "Bürgerhaus für Begegnung und Bewegung" entsteht im Niederzierer Ortsteil Oberzier auf dem Gelände des Vereinsheims ein neuer Ort für das soziale, kulturelle und Vereinsleben der Gemeinde. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung wird Leistung der Tragwerksplanung für den Neubau vergeben. Diese umfasst die statische und konstruktive Planung des Gebäudes. Das Vorhaben beseitigt den in der Ortschaft vorliegenden Mangel an einem geeigneten Treffpunkt für Zusammenkünfte sowie an öffentlichen Räumen zur Begegnung. Gleichzeitig erfüllt ein bisher an dieser Adresse verortete Vereinsheim nicht mehr die Anforderungen der adressierten Nutzergruppen und ist stark sanierungsbedürftig. Vor diesem Hintergrund entsteht am Standort des bisherigen Vereinsheims das multifunktionale B3-Haus als "Bürgerhaus für Begegnung und Bewegung".
