CPV: Planungsleistungen im Bauwesen Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist allein die ingenieurtechnische Begleitung und Auswertung der Messkampagne durch ein überwachendes Ingenieurbüro: Prüfung und Optimierung des Messkonzeptes, Prüfung der vorhandenen Niederschlagsmessstationen auf DWD-Kriterien, gemeinsame Festlegung der Messstellen mit dem Messdienstleister, Überwachung von Installation und Abnahme, Überwachung des Messbetriebs einschließlich der vorhandenen stationären Messstellen, Einrichtung einer Datenaustauschplattform, werktägliche Sichtung und Plausibilitätsprüfung der Messdaten, deren Aufbereitung und AquaZIS-kompatible Übergabe sowie die Auswertung nach DWA-M 181 (Trockenwetterganglinien, Fremdwasser, Abflusskurven, Bilanzprüfungen) und die Abschlussdokumentation einschließlich Präsentation.
