CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architekturbüros bei Gebäuden Das 1971 errichtete Hallenbad Essern wird ganzjährig – außer in den Sommerferien – von Vereinen, Grundschule, DLRG und einer Firma genutzt, insbesondere für Schwimmunterricht sowie Gesundheits- und Reha-Angebote. Gebäude und Technik sind weitgehend veraltet und weisen erheblichen Sanierungsbedarf auf. Das überarbeitete Konzept sieht eine Erweiterung um rund 45 m² vor. Geplant sind ein separater Eingang, Barfußgang, Duschen sowie barrierefreie Umkleide-, WC- und Duschbereiche. Das bestehende Fliesenbecken soll durch Fugensanierung erhalten bleiben und zusätzlich mit einem Poollift barrierefrei erschlossen werden. Erneuert bzw. saniert werden Schwimmbad-, Lüftungs- und Gebäudetechnik, Beleuchtung, Fenster, Heizkörper und Flachdach. Eine Wärmepumpe, Photovoltaikanlage und LED-Beleuchtung sollen Energie sparen und den Strombedarf des Schwimmbads um rund 20 % senken. Die Fertigstellung ist bis 31.03.2028 vorgesehen. Während der Bauphase bleibt das Bad geschlossen.
