CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Die Stadt Pasewalk beabsichtigt, die Planungsleistungen für den Umbau, die Erweiterung und die Sanierung der Europaschule Arnold-Zweig in mehreren Losen auszuschreiben. Es sollen folgende Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden: - Verlegung der Büros und Lehrerzimmer aus dem Unterrichtsgebäude zur Schaffung von 4 weiteren Unterrichtsräumen a. 50 m² mittels Fluranbau auf der Nordseite vom Westflügel - Schaffung von Personal-WC-Räumen im Neubau - Sanierung der Schüler-WC-Räume im Bestand - Austausch von Heizkörpern im Bestandsgebäude - Fassadensanierung - Dachsanierung - Erneuerung der Fensteranlagen - LED-Beleuchtung, Schallschutz, Maler- und Bodenbelagsarbeiten in den Fluren, Treppenhäusern und unsanierten Fach- und Klassenräumen - Erneuerung der Nutzungsspezifischen Anlagen in den Fachräumen (z.B. Gasversorgung Chemieraum) - 2-geschoßiger Neubau mit einer Aula ca. 180 m² sowie weiteren Räumen für Personal, Schulbibliothek und/oder Schulsozialarbeit
