La maîtrise d’œuvre globale, constituée d’un architecte, d’un ingénieur en structure et d’un ingénieur en techniques spéciales, assurera la coordination des études et le suivi de la construction, en garantissant la conformité aux normes en vigueur ainsi que la qualité, la stabilité et la fonctionnalité de l’ouvrage.
