CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Es handelt sich um die nur geringfügig angepasste Neuausschreibung des erfolglos verlaufenen Vergabeverfahrens VOEK 173-26. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Erstellung eines ausschreibungsreifen Bau-Leistungsverzeichnisses („Bau-LV“) für die Errichtung und den Betrieb von Photovoltaikanlagen („PV-Anlagen“) auf Dächern von ca. 500 bis 650 Bundeswehrgebäuden bis zum Jahr 2030. Hierzu hat der Auf-tragnehmer auf Grundlage von Bestandsaufnahmen und Untersuchungen an fünf repräsentativen Liegen-schaften ein umfassendes, alle potenziell erforderlichen Leistungen abdeckendes Bau-LV gemäß § 7b VS VOB/A zu erstellen. Das Bau-LV soll als Grundlage für die Beauftragung von Unternehmen zur Realisierung der PV-Anlagen in einem nachgelagerten Vergabeverfahren dienen. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt in enger Abstimmung mit parallel beauftragten Planungsbüros, die die technische und wirtschaftliche Eignung der Gebäude prü-fen und die jeweiligen Ausführungsplanungen erstellen. Ziel ist es, durch die frühzeitige Erstellung des Bau-LV und die vorgezogene Beauftragung der Bauunternehmen eine unmittelbar anschließende Bauaus-führung nach Abschluss von Analyse und Planung zu ermöglichen.
