CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Das Schulgebäude aus dem Entstehungsbaujahr 1972 soll grundsaniert und durch einen Anbau erweitert werden. Es handelt sich um eine Regionale Schule mit integrierter Grundschule. Die Gesamt-Schülerzahl liegt bei ca. 260 Schülern. Es handelt sich um ein viergeschossiges Gebäude (1.UG – 2.OG), errichtet in Massivbauweise mit Außenwänden aus Betonelementen und Stahlbetondecken. In 1999 wurde eine energetische Teilsanierung mit Fassadendämmung und Fenstererneuerung durchgeführt. Generell besteht deutlich erkennbarer Reparatur- und Sanierungsstau. Um den Raumbedarf an die zu erwartenden Schülerzahlen anzupassen, ist ein Neubau als Anbau auf der Nordseite (Eingangsbereich) zu planen.
