CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Angesichts eines prognostizierten Bevölkerungswachstums von fast zehn Prozent bis zum Jahr 2030 erweitern die DRK-Kliniken Berlin ihren onkologisch-sektorübergreifenden Campus in Berlin-Köpenick. Um der hohen regionalen Versorgungsverantwortung gerecht zu werden, entsteht im denkmalgeschützten Haus 10 das neue Ausbildungszentrum Gesundheit & Pflege Köpenick (AGP). Das Projekt schafft 165 zusätzliche Plätze in der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung und verzahnt Theorie und Praxis durch modernste Ausstattung - inklusive eines eigenen Skills-Labs - direkt an einem Ort. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst den Umbau und die denkmalgerechte Sanierung des Unter- und Hochparterres mit einer Bruttogrundfläche von rund 970 Quadratmetern. Für die Realisierung ist ein Bruttobudget von rund 4,92 Millionen Euro bewilligt. Die verbindliche Grundlage für alle nachfolgenden Planungsleistungen bildet die im November 2024 genehmigte Vorplanungsunterlage (VPU). Als besondere Anforderungen an die Maßnahme gilt der Umbau im denkmalgeschützten Bereich sowie die Umsetzung der Maßnahme im angrenzenden laufenden Klinikbetrieb.
