CPV: Servicios de arquitectura, construcción, ingeniería e inspección El objeto de la Licitación y del posterior contrato, es el establecimiento de los pactos y condiciones que regirán los derechos y obligaciones de las partes respecto de sus aspectos jurídicos, administrativos y económicos en la contratación de los servicios necesarios para el servicio de consultoría y asistencia técnica para la redacción del Proyecto de Urbanización de la Fase 3.El servicio objeto de licitación y posterior contrato incluirá cuantos honorarios técnicos sean necesarios durante la prestación del servicio, incluyendo a modo enunciativo y no limitativo los siguientes: Levantamiento topográfico (ETRS-89) y estudio geotécnico, si se considera necesario. Establecimiento de nuevos criterios para la definición de zonas que pueden ejecutarse de forma independiente. Redacción del Proyecto de Urbanización de la Fase 3, incluidos cuantos proyectos de cálculos e instalaciones asociadas a la urbanización sean necesarios. Trámites asociados a la obtención de aprobación municipal de la documentación técnica elaborada y licitación de las obras.
