CPV: Planungsleistungen im Bauwesen Die Infrastruktur- und Projektgesellschaft Bergisch Gladbach mbH (IPGL), eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Bergisch Gladbach plant die Errichtung eines Technik-, Ausbildungs- und Logistikzentrum (TALZ) für die Feuerwehr Bergisch Gladbach auf dem Grundstück Britanniahütte 14-16 in 51469 Bergisch Gladbach. Gesucht wird ein Generalplaner. Mit dem im Jahr 2024 erfolgten Kauf des Grundstücks Britanniahütte besteht die Möglichkeit für die Feuerwehr GL, verschiedene Funktionen an einem Standort zu bündeln und damit eine nachhaltige Lösung zu realisieren. Die Feuerwehr Bergisch Gladbach möchte am Standort Britanniahütte verschiedene Funktionsbereiche zusammenführen, die bisher über das gesamte Stadtgebiet verteilt sind. Ziel ist es, die Organisation der einzelnen Bereiche zu optimieren, Synergieeffekte zu heben und damit die Feuerwehr Bergisch Gladbach zukunftssicher aufzustellen. Die Maßnahme soll während des laufenden Betriebs von Teilen des Gebäudes durchgeführt werden und stellt insoweit besondere Anforderungen an die Konzeption. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.
