CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Die Stadt Weimar und die Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Thüringen mbH (LEG Thüringen) werden in den kommenden Jahren am Standort Merketal im Ortsteil Oberweimar-Ehringsdorf ein neues Wohngebiet entwickeln. Die planerische Zielstellung für die Entwicklung leitet sich aus dem rechtskräftigen Flächennutzungsplan der Stadt Weimar ab. Die LEG Thüringen ist der größte Flächeneigentümer und hat mit der Stadt Weimar einen städtebaulichen Vertrag zur Entwicklung des Wohnbaugebietes abgeschlossen. Das Wettbewerbsgebiet umfasst rund 10 ha. Für den zukünftigen Wohnstandort ist ein städtebauliches Konzept zu entwickeln, welches als Grundlage für das anschließende Bebauungsplanverfahren dienen soll.
