CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind die interdisziplinären Gesamtplanerleistungen für die weitere Projektierung und Realisierung der Wehrkraftwerke Weinfelden und Müllheim im Kanton Thurgau. Die Beschaffung erfolgt gemeinsam durch die Wasserkraftwerke Weinfelden AG, die Thurkraftwerk AG und die Isento Wasserkraft AG. Das Mandat umfasst insbesondere den Neubau der Wehrkraftwerke, die Sanierung der Fischgängigkeit, wasserbauliche Massnahmen, den Rückbau bestehender Kraftwerks- und Kanalanlagen sowie die Wiederherstellung der betroffenen Flächen und Gewässer. Die Beschaffung erfolgt mit zwei Projektlosen: * – Los 1 – Wehrkraftwerk Weinfelden: Auftraggeberin Wasserkraftwerke Weinfelden AG, Gesamtplanerleistungen Phasen 32–53 * – Los 2 – Wehrkraftwerk Müllheim: Auftraggeberinnen Thurkraftwerk AG und Isento Wasserkraft AG, Gesamtplanerleistungen Phasen 31–53 Bewerbung und Angebot haben zwingend beide Projektlose zu umfassen. Es ist vorgesehen, beide Projektlose an denselben Gesamtplaner zu vergeben. Für jedes Projektlos wird ein separater Gesamtplanervertrag abgeschlossen.
