La présente consultation concerne une mission de maîtrise d’œuvre pour les remplacements des menuiseries extérieures et de la centrale de traitement d’air thermodynamique du Muséum Aquarium de Nancy. Le projet consiste à poursuivre la rénovation des extérieurs du musée, engagée à l’occasion du centenaire de l’École de Nancy (1999), qui a permis la restauration de la façade principale sur la rue Sainte-Catherine, ainsi que de la dernière tranche de travaux réalisée en 2021, tout en intégrant le remplacement de la centrale de traitement d’air (CTA) de l’espace muséographique. L'ouvrage à réaliser appartient à la catégorie d'ouvrages bâtiment en réutilisation ou réhabilitation. L’édifice est classé en intégralité au titre des monuments historiques par l’arrêté du 06 décembre 2016. Il est situé dans le périmètre du site patrimonial remarquable (SPR) du centre ancien de Nancy. Il restera en activité pendant la durée des travaux.
