CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architekturbüros Das zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegene Bauvorhaben liegt im Dornheimer Weg 24 auf dem Werksgelände der e-netz Südhessen AG, hinter dem Darmstädter Hauptbahnhof. Der Neubau erhält Außenstellplätze auf dem Werksgelände der e-netz Südhessen AG. Im Bereich des neuen Verwaltungsgebäudes sollen ebenso frei zugängliche Besucherparkplätze vorgesehen werden sowie ein Wartebereich für ankommende LKW. Neben der Fläche, die für den Neubau vorgesehen ist, befindet sich die denkmalgeschützte Trafowerkstatt aus dem Jahr 1926. Diese ist wie folgend beschrieben in das Konzept einzubeziehen. Der Planungsbereich ist dem beigefügten Plan zu entnehmen. Das neu zu errichtende Gebäude erhält einen Vorplatz zum Werksgelände der e-netz Südhessen AG und wird von dort durch einen Haupteingang betreten. Der Vorplatz des Hauptgebäudes samt Pförtnerhäuschen soll so gestaltet werden, dass das Gebäude sowohl durch externe Nutzer als auch durch die e-netz Mitarbeiter betreten werden kann. Hierbei muss gewährleistet sein, dass für unbefugte Dritte kein Zugang zum Werksgelände der e-netz Südhessen besteht.
