CPV: Dienstleistungen in der Tragwerksplanung Im Rahmen der Städtebauförderung und auf Basis des Integrierten Städtebaulichen Entwicklungskonzepts (ISEK) plant die Stadt Castrop-Rauxel die denkmal- und klimagerechte Weiterentwicklung des Ensembles im Stadtmittelpunkt, welche die Gebäude des Rathauses, der Stadt- und Europahalle und den Forumsplatz umfasst. Das Gebäude des Rathauses setzt sich aus insgesamt fünf in sich abgeschlossenen Blöcken (Blöcke A bis E) mit jeweils einer Länge von 45 m und fünf Etagen zusammen und wird im Innenbereich des Forumsplatzes durch den Ratssaal ergänzt, der unterirdisch im untersten Geschoss von Block B direkt an das Rathausgebäude angebunden ist.
