CPV: Services de conseil en matière d'ingénierie et de construction La présente consultation porte sur une mission de Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la construction d'une nouvelle caserne de pompiers à Belleville en Beaujolais et d'espaces communaux mutualisés, dont la surface de plancher est estimée à environ 1 339 m² (dont 1094 m² de locaux pour le SDMIS et 245 m² de locaux mutualisés). La caserne actuelle de Belleville en Beaujolais se trouve en centre ville. Le bâtiment est vieillissant (fonctionnellement et énergétiquement). L'emplacement dans un tissu dense ne permet par ailleurs pas une extension adaptée de la caserne afin de répondre aux besoins projetés. Une construction neuve est donc nécessaire pour adapter au mieux la fonctionnalité des locaux et la performance énergétique et environnementale du bâtiment. Afin de faciliter l'implantation du SDMIS sur le territoire, la commune de Belleville en Beaujolais réalisera la construction du projet de caserne. SDMIS et Commune sont tous les deux engagés dans une réflexion de mutualisation des espaces et de développement d'un modèle de « caserne de demain ». En conséquence, le programme fonctionnel du bâtiment comporte des espaces à destination de la caserne de pompier (BASE), mais également à destination d'usages communaux (OPTION) (espaces polyvalents, espaces médicaux, en lien avec les services économique de la CCSB, etc.)
