CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architekturbüros bei Gebäuden Es wird die Dienstleistung Objektplanung Gebäude - Architektenleistung im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb für die Vergabe der Architektenleistungen nach § 34 HOAI für die Leistungsphasen 2 bis 8 (Leistungsstufen 1 bis 4) ausgeschrieben. Zum Umfang der Planung beachten Sie bitte die veröffentlichte Aufgabenstellung (Datei " 1256-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf"). Für die Beteiligung an dieser Ausschreibung ist in der ersten Stufe (Wettbewerb um die Teilnahme) die Einreichung eines Bewerbungsbogens (Teilnahmeantrag) mit den geforderten Angaben und Nachweisen zum gesetzten Termin erforderlich. Die am Ende der Auswertung der ersten Stufe ausgewählten am besten geeigneten Bewerber werden Teilnehmer an der zweiten Stufe des Verfahrens (Bieterverfahren). In der zweiten Stufe ist dann das Erstangebot einzureichen. Über das Erstangebot wird weiterverhandelt. Nach Abgabe der finalen nicht mehr verhandelbaren Angebote werden die Bieter zu einer Vorstellung eingeladen, um sich vor einer Jury persönlich zu präsentieren.
