Das Departement für Infrastruktur, Energie und Mobilität (DIEM), vertreten durch das Hochbauamt Graubünden (HBA), veranstaltet im Auftrag des Kantons Graubünden einen Projektwettbewerb im offenen einstufigen Verfahren für die Vergabe von Generalplanungsleistungen (Projektierung, Ausschreibung und Realisierung) und umfasst die Disziplinen Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen sowie die Planung im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik (HLK). Der Plantahof in Landquart ist eine bedeutende Institution mit überregionaler Ausstrahlung. Das bestehende Keltereigebäude entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen. Die Bausubstanz ist räumlich unflexibel, erschwert effiziente Arbeitsabläufe und bietet sowohl ungenügend Platz als auch mangelhafte ergonomische Bedingungen. Mit dem Neubau der Kelterei am Plantahof soll eine moderne, nachhaltige und flexible Infrastruktur geschaffen werden, die effiziente Arbeitsabläufe sowie Anforderungen aus Produktion und Beratung optimal vereint. Ziel ist ein betrieblich hoch funktionales Gebäude, das die Themen der Kreislaufwirtschaft und die ökologische Nachhaltigkeit mit der Architektur zukunftsweisend vereint. Im Wettbewerb ist der Zielwert von «9 kg CO2-eq/m2 EBF und Jahr» für die Erstellung anzustreben. Dieser Zielwert setzt die Reduzierung der eingesetzten Materialmengen sowie den verstärkten Einsatz von natürlichen, wiederverwendeten und rezyklierten Baumaterialien voraus. Konstruktion und Materialisierung sind entsprechend bauökologisch konsistent und kreislauffähig zu denken. Für die Treibhausgasemissionen im Betrieb gilt eine Zielvorgabe von «2 kg CO2-eq/m2 EBF und Jahr». Die grauen Treibhausgasemissionen sind mittels Ökobilanzierung (EcoTool) auszuweisen, zu optimieren und zu bilanzieren. Das Raumprogramm umfasst eine Nettogeschossfläche von 833 m2.
