"Zukunftskonzept ehemalige Trabrennbahn" 2. "Städtebauliche Integration Blitzkuhlenstraße" 3. "Attraktive Mitte Gertrudisplatz" 4. "Stadtteilleben - vorhandenes ergänzen und vernetzen" 5. "Energetische Quartierssanierung" Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Gesamtgutachterleistungen im Zusammenhang mit einer CKW Belastungsfahne im Bereich des ehemaligen Trabrennbahnareals in Recklinghausen. Die CKW-Belastung geht auf eine industrielle Vornutzung im Bereich des heutigen Wohnquartiers Maybacher Heide zurück und wurde durch eine temporäre Bauwasserhaltung zur Herstellung eines Sees auf dem ehemaligen Trabrennbahngelände erneut akut.
