CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Leistungen zur Erfassung aller in der/den Liegenschaftsliste/n genannten Gebäuden zum Stand der Barrierefreiheit im Bereich des Staatliches Baumanagement Niedersachsen (SB Elbe-Weser und SB Region Nord-West). Hierbei sind die vorgegebenen Parameter (gemäß Anlage Checkliste) wahrheitsgemäß und digital über die bereitgestellte IT-Anwendung (CDE) vollständig auszufüllen. Die digitale Erfassung erfolgt mittels Ankreuzfeldern (ja/nein, nicht vorhanden / nicht erforderlich), Anmerkungsfeldern, in denen gebäudespezifische Besonderheiten festgehalten werden können sowie Fotos für die Nachvollziehbarkeit und Dokumentation im Nachgang. Das Einpflegen der vorhandenen Datensätze in die IT-Anwendung (Checkliste und Liegenschaftsliste) erfolgt im Vorfeld durch den Auftraggeber und dient als Grundlage für die Erfassung. Die Auswertung und Analyse der erfassten Datensätze ist nicht Bestandteil dieses Auftrages.
