CPV: Services d'architecture Le marché est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents relatif à des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre visant à réaliser des travaux sur le système d'endiguement de Montauban. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Au regard de l'importance et des délais restreints des travaux à réaliser, et de la répartition par « casiers » de protection correspondant à des secteurs géographiques précis, l'organisation en accord-cadre avec marchés subséquents permettra d'accélérer les procédures d'attribution par casier, et de s'assurer la disponibilité des bureaux d'études pour réaliser les études conjointement
