CPV: Dienstleistungen im Bereich Geotechnik Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant die umfassende Modernisierung der Oberschule Uchte. Der Schulcampus umfasst mehrere Gebäudetrakte aus den 1930er- und 1960er-Jahren. Im Rahmen der Gesamtmaßnahme sollen unterschiedliche Umsetzungsvarianten untersucht werden, darunter die Sanierung und Umstrukturierung des Bestandes sowie Teilrückbau mit Neubau. Die Nutzfläche soll von derzeit ca. 6.000 m² auf etwa 4.000 m² reduziert werden. Die Umsetzung erfolgt abschnittsweise im laufenden Schulbetrieb bis voraussichtlich 2031. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind geotechnische Leistungen zur Erkundung und Beurteilung der Baugrund- und Grundwasserverhältnisse einschließlich erforderlicher Aufschlüsse, Feld- und Laboruntersuchungen sowie Erstellung eines Baugrundgutachtens. Die Ergebnisse dienen als Grundlage für die Variantenuntersuchung, die Planung von Rückbau-, Umbau- und Neubaumaßnahmen sowie die Bewertung von Gründungs-, Erd- und Wasserhaltungsmaßnahmen.
