Summary
CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur- und Ingenieurbüros sowie planungsbezogene Leistungen Die Stadt Glinde plant die Erweiterung und Sanierung des Schulzentrums am Standort Oher Weg. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind technische Beratungsleistungen für einen Erweiterungsneubau (1. Bauabschnitt) mit ca. 4.500 m² BGF. Der 1 Bauabschnitt soll zeitlich vor der Sanierung des bestehenden Schulgebäudes (2. Bauabschnitt) errichtet werden und insbesondere Flächen für Schulsozialarbeit, Jahrgangscluster, Flex-Klassen, Musik, Pausenhalle und Verwaltung aufnehmen. Für die Vergabe der Planungs- und Bauleistungen ist eine kumulative Vergabe an einen Totalunternehmer/-übernehmer (TU/TÜ) vorgesehen. Die technische Beratung umfasst insbesondere die Vorbereitung und Begleitung des Vergabeverfahrens, die Erstellung und Fortschreibung der funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung einschließlich der technischen Vergabeunterlagen sowie das planungs- und baubegleitende Controlling bis zur Übergabe und Inbetriebnahme des 1. Bauabschnitts. Die juristische Beratung und Projektsteuerung sind nicht Bestandteil dieses Auftrags. Im Weiteren siehe Ziffer 5.1. der Bekanntmachung.
