CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Der Landkreis Donau-Ries plant die Generalsanierung der Abt-Ulrich-Schule in Kaisheim. Während der Bauphase wird eine Interimslösung notwendig werden. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die stufenweise Beauftragung von Architektenleistungen des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung und Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 10 Nr. 10.1 in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 sowie die Besonderen Leistung "Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist" und "Erarbeiten und Erstellen von besonderen bauordnungsrechtlichen Nachweisen für den vorbeugenden und organisatorischen Brandschutz bei baulichen Anlagen besonderer Art und Nutzung, Bestandsbauten oder im Falle von Abweichungen von der Bauordnung (insb. Angaben nach § 11 Abs. 2 BauVorlV über die Grundleistungen des Erstellens des Nachweises für den vorbeugenden Brandschutz i.S.d. § 11 Abs. 1 BauVorlV nach Nr. 4.1 ZVB hinaus)"
