CPV: Dienstleistungen von Ingenieurbüros Das TLBV plant den Neubau der B 281 Rockendorf - Krölpa. Die Ortsumgehung ist im Bundeverkehrswegeplan 2030 mit vordringlichem Bedarf eingestuft. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind faunistische Untersuchungen zur Erfassung der Fledermausfauna im Rahmen der Planung der ca. 6,0 km langen Neubaustrecke der B 281n zwischen Rockendorf und Pößneck. Die geplante Trasse verläuft überwiegend durch landwirtschaftlich geprägte Bereiche und quert dabei verschiedene Gewässer, Talräume und Gehölzstrukturen; aufgrund der naturräumlichen Gegebenheiten sind mögliche Fledermausvorkommen und deren Nutzung der Trassenbereiche zu erfassen und zu bewerten. Die Untersuchungen umfassen insbesondere Detektorbegehungen mit stationären und mobilen Erfassungen, automatische akustische Erfassungen mittels Horchboxen sowie bei Bedarf Netzfänge und die Kontrolle potenzieller Quartierstrukturen. Ziel ist eine belastbare Erfassung der vorkommenden Fledermausarten, ihrer Aktivitätsbereiche, Flugrouten und potenziellen Quartierstandorte als Grundlage für die weitere landschaftspflegerische und artenschutzrechtliche Planung.
