CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen In der JVA Bielefeld Brackwede sind Dachflächen und Fassaden des Hauptgebäudes aufgrund des Baualters abgängig. Diese sollen nun erneuert werden. Ebenso sind in der JVA zahlreiche Lüftungsanlagen verbaut, die den energetischen Standards nicht mehr entsprechen und im Rahmen der angedachten Dach- und Fassadensanierung ausgetauscht werden können. Die Voraussetzung für die Fassadensanierung ist der Auszug der Inhaftierten aufgrund von teilweise lärmintensiven Arbeiten. Sind die Hafthäuser leergezogen wird die Gelegenheit genutzt die Beleuchtung in der Liegenschaft auf LED umzurüsten.
