Summary
CPV: Services d'architecture, services de construction, services d'ingénierie et services d'inspection Le présent marché de maîtrise d’œuvre urbaine a pour objectif d’accompagner la SGP Immobilier dans la définition, la consolidation et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle du projet de Créteil L’Échât Sud. Il vise, dans un premier temps, à préciser le plan-guide et les ambitions urbaines, architecturales, environnementales et paysagères du projet, à produire les études et dossiers nécessaires aux autorisations d’urbanisme, ainsi qu’à assurer les missions de communication et de concertation. Il comprend également l’audit de projets immobiliers et le suivi de la conception du parc urbain afin de garantir la cohérence d’ensemble. Dans un second temps, le marché comprend la maitrise d’œuvre de la viabilisation du site et de la réalisation des espaces publics et des VRD. Cette mission inclut la conception et la conduite des travaux de viabilisation des lots et de la voirie centrale, jusqu’à la réception des ouvrages.
