CPV: Dienstleistungen von Architektur-, Konstruktions- und Ingenieurbüros und Prüfstellen Angesichts struktureller, demografischer und klimatischer Veränderungen steht die Innenstadt Bad Pyrmonts vor einem umfassenden Transformationsprozess. Veränderungen im Einzelhandel, zunehmende Leerstände, Defizite im öffentlichen Raum sowie höhere Anforderungen an Klimaanpassung und nachhaltige Mobilität erfordern eine integrierte Weiterentwicklung. Seit 2022 ist die Innenstadt daher in das Städtebauförderprogramm "Lebendige Zentren" eingebunden. Grundlage des Wettbewerbs ist das Integrierte Städtebauliche Entwicklungskonzept (ISEK) mit dem Leitbild "Gesundheitsstandort mit viel Geschichte". Ziel ist eine zukunftsfähige, lebendige und multifunktionale Innenstadt. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Stärkung als Wohn-, Versorgungs- und Gesundheitsstandort, die Weiterentwicklung des Tourismus, die Revitalisierung von Leerständen sowie die Ergänzung von Freizeit-, Kultur- und Naherholungsangeboten. Mit dem Wettbewerb sollen innovative und umsetzungsorientierte Konzepte für die frei- und stadträumliche Entwicklung gewonnen werden. Im Mittelpunkt stehen klimaangepasste Freiraumstrukturen, eine höhere Aufenthalts- und Nutzungsqualität, nachhaltige Mobilität, die Aktivierung der Innenstadt durch neue Nutzungen, temporäre Interventionen und flexible Nutzungskonzepte sowie die Berücksichtigung aller Generationen und Nutzergruppen. Aufbauend auf bereits umgesetzten Maßnahmen soll ein langfristig tragfähiges Entwicklungskonzept entstehen, das kurzfristige Impulse setzt und die schrittweise Umsetzung der ISEK-Maßnahmen innerhalb der kommenden zehn Jahre ermöglicht.
