CPV: Bauarbeiten für Schulgebäude Generalunternehmerleistungen für min. 4 Standorte mit Option auf 4 weitere Standorte. MEBflex Berliner Schulbauoffensive Sonderprogramm Schulneubauten: Es besteht der Bedarf für Ergänzungsbauten an verschiedenen bestehenden Schulstandorten in den Berliner Bezirken. Hierzu wurden 4 verschiedene Typenbauten als klassische Flurschulen entwickelt, die je nach Bedarf auf einem Standort zum Einsatz kommen. Die Schulergänzungsbauten sind als kompakte modulare, drei- bzw. viergeschossige, nicht unterkellerte Baukörper konzipiert, die hinsichtlich ihrer Gebäudelänge und Raumnutzungen variieren. Ein Typ (GE) ist ausschließlich für eine Nutzung Geistige Entwicklung ausgelegt. Es werden die Generalunternehmerleistungen (KG 300, KG 400, KG 600) schlüsselfertig und die Ausführungsplanung zur KG 300/KG400/KG600 als Rahmenvertrag ausgelobt.
